Tell us your story: Well, September 11th, 2001.. i was a 7th grader and it was picture day... this is when i still dressed up... i had gone to 2 classes already.. during the 3rd class we got our pictures taken..suddenly the teachers all gathered around in the back of the auditorium and i sensed that something was wrong... since we were in middle school i guess they didnt want to tell us what was going on.. I got home later that day and as soon as i walked in the house and my grandmother told me "take off your shoes and your stockings... and sit and watch the television... this is what happened today... and the rest was history... My uncle was supposed to be there that day.. thank god that his meeting got cancled.. he was supposed to be in the windows of the world meeting on the 106th floor... im thankful that he is still alive.. that was the day that i changed my outlook on life.
