Tell us your story: I was at the corner deli getting my morning coffee when my boyfriend called me to say how he just heard that a plane hit the World Trade Center. I thought to myself, "Wow how weird that a plane could be flying so low that it could actually knick the top of the World Trade Center" and then proceeded to order my coffee. Then my phone rang again that another plane hit! That's when I knew it wasn't some kind of freak accident. I arrived to work maybe five minutes later and told my co-workers what I had just heard. No one knew anything about it so we logged onto the internet to get the latest news, eventually someone brought in a radio and we spent the rest of the day glued to the news, not believing what we were hearing trying to stay calm and attempting to call our family and friends to make sure they were okay aswell.
