Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: My family and I were preparing to celebrate my parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary on September 15th. My brothers were to fly in on the 13th but were unable to do so because of the airport closures. The celebration took place with other family members and friends but my brothers' presence was missed. Our story in no way compares with the tragic losses experienced by so many, but it illustrates the impact this event had on all our lives. As a retired Army personnel officer, I also knew two of the soldiers killed at the Pentagon site. We will never forget this day.
