Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I live in Rochester, NY and was working in Kansas City, KS at the time the attacks happened. It was ominous for the first few minutes after Tower 1 was hit, I couldn't believe what I saw on my first minutes surfing the web in the morning. I thought it was someone's sick joke. But then reality hit and I got angry. I then thought to myself and recanted that I flew through Ronald Reagan International exactly 24 hours earlier from when the Pentagon was hit. Then I got scared. As the week went on, it became abundantly clear that the airlines were shut down. This made things even more difficult since my Brother was to be married the Saturday following and I was the best man. Traveling became difficult as many of you know, I ended up taking a train home and spent many hours talking to many people about the tragedy that had happened and what our next action should be. I still to this day mourn the loss that we all have suffered, but I know that we as a Country will endure. God Bless America. By the way, I did make it home in time for the wedding.
