Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I was getting ready to go to class. It was like any other day and then my mom started yelling. I ran in thinking something had happened to her and I saw the first plane in the building. I thought it was an accident and my mom said no way..it was terrorist. We both watch and wondered why and how. Then the second plane hit. I broke down. I couldnt believe it. It was the saddest thing ive ever seen. Being so far away I felt helpless and I just wanted to be able to do something...anything. I sent things to red cross..as much as I could. I gathered donations from my neighborhood. It still gets to me thought. My now husband's birthday is Sept. 11. He hates his birthday. But we just watched a few programs about 9/11. We both had tears in our eyes.
