911DA Story: Story
On Sepptember 11th,I was ona bus evacuation nd the bus driver us about the two planes had crashed into the world trade centers.At the time I had no clue what was going on and thought nothing of it.The day flew by when I got home I turned on the television and searched for cartoons but the only thing that was on was news so after a while I decided to watch it after ten minutes of watching I was devisided and could not belive what has happened and heard that thousands of people were being killed I was shock and thougt to my self why would someone do this. On the news I kept hearing the name of Osama bimn laden.This whole plan was thought of by a person that was an Afgani.Week after week we kept hearing the same thing. We are still being affeckted by this tragedy .I thank all Police,Fire Fighter,and the Paramedics.
The way most people changed after this tragedy was by showing that we are Americans. We don't give up that easily we have lots of perseverance and patriotism. After Sept 11th,Every where I went to I saw American flags and everyone was showing off the fact that we are American. No one can change that. We all react differently. I was sad, But after the events I wa proud to be an American. I was so happy that we have the american spirt and was noy about to give it up.
September 11th should be a time we appreciate the people who helped the victims and surviors. I think we should remeber that this was a very cowardly thing to do but they won't be unpunised and will be the thing we do to defend our country. Now we are faceing the fact that tragic things happen,and it won't be forgotten and it will go down in history. It will be a long time befor we let our contry down.
