Tell us your story: Jason Liggett It was a quite normal day at school until 2 minutes after the tower was hit my teachers were talking about it not knowing the extent of the damage they did not care much for it until the second plane hit then they knew that something was up and then the pentagon was hit that is when everything went dead quite not a word in the class most of my friends in schools parents work there it was quite real. Alot of my firends had tears just knowing one of there family members could of been there every one used pay phones and cell phones to get a hold of there parents. I called my mom and i didnt get a word out before she said one of her friends was on her way to pick us up from school. Me and my sister waited for her to get there she showed up it was crazy around her I dont no if any of you guys have been in the Mount Vernon area it is close to the pentagon traffic was terrible there were ambulence driving by and swat trucks it was like war was in or back door. I leave on an army base they had guns bomb sniffing dogs the security was really high tec i stayed at my moms friends house until she got home.
