Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I was in the 9th grade when the towers were hit by the planes. I remember sitting in my class room when our principal came on with an anouncement, that the twin towers had benn just hit by a plane. We were told to turn on our tv's and we started watching what was going on. We were watching the tv when the second plane hit the second tower. I was in disbelief I could not believe what I was seeing. The whole day in school all we done was watched the tv on the attacks. As I sat and watched the tv i could not believe what was happening, and how it could be happening. My boyfriend(at the time) his mom lived in New York and was on the sidewalk on her way to work when the Towers were hit. I have everything that happened in New York that day on a video that she was recording at the time on this day. I have pictures that you wouldn't believe what they look like. She took me pictures of every thing that happened. I have every article on the september 11 attacks that i will give to my kids when they are old enough to understand. I have since been to New York and I Had been there before it all happened. And New York now looks so bare in the spot the towers once stood. we are truly blessed to have the troops in Iraq fighting for us.
