Mrs.Henderson was my teacher at the time when it happen. she was talking to kid in the class room when the phon rang and she aked me to get it, i told her yes i would. when i picked it up it was are assistant princcipal Mrs. Lewis ask me why was i geting the the phone not the teacher. She told me to tale the teacher to turne on the tv to chanle fox 59 that something had happen in New York. By that time the frist plane had hit the frist tower. We all thought we were looking at move untal the 2nd plane hit the tower. Are school was put on lock-down along with all IPS Schools that day. my mom came to the school and got me told me on the way home that my coune was in the frist on that got hit and knowone could get a hold of her to see if she was ok or not. We called her mom and she did not anything to. That week my mom and I what down there to help out when we got there we found out that she had not made it out. Every year i have what down there, but not this year. I miss her a lot and so dose the hole Hammond and page famliy.
