Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: Last year on 9/11, it was my birthday and the second day on a new job. I now live in Florida but I was born in New York and worked down town Manhattan until I moved here. I just cannot imagine not seeing those towers any longer. I used to walk from John & William St every day up to the Trade Center to get the train although I could take the train from my building. I did it even in snow. I loved those buildings and even today a year later try to picture the area without those buildings. The news media just do not do justice compared to seeing it in person. I had friends that worked there but they were safe. I cried most of the night because this happen on my birthday and all those people that lost their lives on that day. (my day) Today was a lot better than last year although I did have a crying spell in the morning while listening to people on the radio. I just want to take this time to say to all those families. I know how you feel. I and just about everyone have lost love ones some time or another. Just leave it Gods hands and ask him to take you through each day without that void. Let him be that void.
