Tell us your story: September 11th before lunch had begun about ten of my classmates had been taken away leaving the rest of us confused and left to wonder if there was something wrong in the outside world. Recess was cancled folloed by the grones and complains of everyone about the injustice.LIttle did we know lives were being taken from people as we spoke. later in the day our teacher gave a long speach on how there are horible people in the world and that if our parents werent home when we got there we needed to come straight back to the school. This scared me beyond belief. I wondered what in the world is going on. SO many bad thoughts ran through my head. Upon returning home i was greeted by the imegery of people jumping out of the world trade center. I spent the next three hours locked in the bathroom fighting back tears and vomit that had both arisen at the horrific thought of what those people were thinking to have to jump out of the building. That night i didnt sleep. I kept having nightmares of planes crashing killing everyone i knew and loved. This day was truly the day i relized that the world is full of things worse then my 11 year old mind had ever thought would have to comprehend.
