I remember days turning in to weeks, into months. I remember being glued to the television not wanting to leave for fear of missing something. I have never felt such love, compasion, and pain in unison. I had never wanted to be the better person I am today because of it. It took an incredible tragedy to bring us together. I pray we continue to work on it. Volunteer, help your neighbor, give of yourself.
