<text>Me on 9/11/01

This is a photograph taken of me, right after the Towers collapsed. While trying to rescue people, I was just across the street from the South Tower when it fell.

I thought I was going to die. I witnessed horrific death & dying, that morning, because I happened to be there from the begining, when the 1st plane hit, until after the last tower collapsed.

After the last tower fell, I summoned large boats to come to Battery Park to rescue the stranded people. I did this by jumping into a small boat, whose boat pilot had a radio. We headed out into the Hudson River. We called out to the ships, & they acknowledged our request. Long, long story short, I had gotten injured in the collapse, and I ended up being taken to Liberty State Park, NJ (where this photo was taken, right after I was pulled from the boat) after assisting the injured and the lost (including my rounding-up the unattended small children whose parents were missing. At the time of the attacks, these children were in a Battery Park City Day Care Center, and after the collapse, they were put into the boats & taken to NJ. I placed all of them under the care of a NJ Park Ranger).

I was taken to a Jersey City, NJ hospital, because of those injuries.

Anyone out there who might have photos of of the events from Liberty State Park, NJ, right after the collapse, I would really appreciate it if you shared them with me.

I'm also looking for any photos that mauy have been taken of the people standing at the Liberty Street side (South side) of the South WTC Tower, as the 2nd plane hit, or right after, as I was directly below the plane, bent over a victim. Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
Chris
