Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I had fallen asleep on the couch. I when I woke I saw the first tower on fire. Thought it was the the first bombing of the towers some years ago. Then saw that it was on the top floors and I started to really see what was going on. My daughter was going to school in Chicago Ill. My sister called and said are you scared for Donna. I said what are you talking about? My mother and I where watching the news from Milwaukee WI. My sister works in ILL. They are getting the entire down town Chicago area out of the buildings. Then my daughter called me and said Mom I want to come home but I am in the middle of finals. I told her to leave. She said she can't I have tests can I please come home. I said yes... School was canceled. She was safe at her home in Chicago. I have nevered said how scared that I was and she may never know. She is my life. I watched today one year later. And saw how many people lives have changed forever.
