Activities Update: (1)  Dance Party.  At the Cardinal Bar on Tuesday, November 20, 9:00 p.m. till bar time.  (21+ age rule applies.)  DJs will include Nick Nice.  Posters are being made.  There is a possibility of monthly Tuesday night events at the Cardinal. (2)  Art Auction.  Confirmed for Sunday, December 2, at Mother Fool's (set-up on December 1).  We need a coordinator for this event. (3)  Buttons.  We should have 300 buttons back from the buttonmaker any day now. (4)  Donation boxes.  We have donation boxes in about ten store/co-op locations, and are checking/replacing them regularly.  Another five are available for use at literature tables; these can be picked up at (and returned to) the basement of Rainbow Bookstore Co-op. (5)  Direct mail fundraising.  Planned for early December. (6)  Grantwriting.  Our application for a Wisconsin Community Fund Special Opportunity Grant will be completed and submitted within a few days. (7)  Tax rebates for peace.  Now publicized on web site; planning to use discuss/announce lists to promote. (8)  Our WG's expenditures thus far:     Photocopying grant proposal:    $22.08    Printing songsheets for sing-along:    $35.00    Address &amp; endorement stamps:    $21.97    Check printing:    $16.00 (approx.)    Buttons: $54.00 (approx.; committed but not disbursed)      TOTAL: approx. $149.00 Assistance Needed from Other WGs/Caucus: Outreach: (1)  Postering for Dance Party &amp; Art Auction (2)  Including event fundraiser information, donation boxes, and buttons at literature tables. Media: (1)  Publicity for Dance Party (Contact X:  X XXX-XXXX) (2)  Publicity for Art Auction (once we have a coordinator) Arts &amp; Culture: (1)  Help solicit donations of artwork for the art auction; suggest artists (or other folks who might donate art) who we should approach (2)  Anyone want to coordinate this event? Student/Youth Caucus: (1)  Help publicize Dance Party &amp; Art Auction on campus. Proposals: (1)  Additional funding.  Once the buttons are paid for, the Fundraising &amp; Finance Committee will have exhausted its initial $150 budget allocation.  We request another $150 in disbursement authority for the coming month. X
