Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I was at school in the morning. One of my friends had come in and sadi did you hear that a plane hit the World Trade Canter towers. I thought that he was joking or telling me about a movie. When I found out what really happened I was devistated. And I didnt realize until my lunch break that my brother was in New York. So I called my mom and asked if he was okay. Little did I know that he was working across the street from the world trade center on that day. When the towers were collapsing he had to run for his life. And he got out of the island unharmed he was just covered in dust and ash from the towers. I am a true New Yorker, I lived in New York. I was born and raised there for 9 years. I left because my dad is in the military so I left in 1994 and I remember seening the towers when we left. Then I just recently moved to Virginia and I flew to New york to stay with my brother. And as we turned into Laguadia Airport that they were not there. It is really hardfor me to swallow to leave and see them and come back to not see them there.
