Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I had just gotten out of class and i was headed to the Tiger Den for an early lunch when I saw everyone crowded around the tv's. I watched the tv in horror as the second plane slammed into the second tower. I grabbed my cell phone and dialed my best friend and I asked her what in the world is going on.She said "Jamie, we've been attacked." At first I was stunned, I mean how could they have the nerve to attack us on our own soil. I didn't believe it. I went back out into the lobby and glued my eyes to the TV where they would remain for the next 2 hours. I watched as the news reports came in about a plane hitting the Pentagon and then about the plane crashing in Pennsylvania, one that was headed for the White House. It was all too much. I broke down and started crying. I didn't have any family in New York or Washington but I still felt like I had lost MY family. I felt like it was my dad who had fought so bravely to help others, I felt like it was my mom who had helped people down the stairs to safety. I felt as if someone had ripped my heart out. My heart still goes out to all the mothers,daughters,fathers,husbands,wives,grandparents, and friends who lost loved ones on that day. My prayers are with you all.
